# What kind of training will I receive?

Four Weeks of Initial Training in NYC for your Operations Leader & Bakery Production Manager.

- Covers operations, baking, marketing, and customer service
- Additional optional training for one owner may be offered during specified training weeks at Magnolia Bakery’s discretion if the owner is not serving as the Operations Leader.
- Additional training may be required for replacement staff
