# What should I do if my delivery is late and the contents are perishable?

If your delivery is late and contains perishable items like our famous banana pudding or other baked goods, we regret to inform that we do not recommend consuming these items if they have not arrived on time due to their perishable nature. To address this issue, we can file a claim on your behalf with Route Package Protection, which covers your order. You will be updated on the results once the claim is reviewed.
