Can I cancel my online order?

All nationwide shipping orders can be cancelled online in the account page within 30 minutes of placing the order. Any changes or cancellations after 30 minutes for a nationwide shipping order must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date. If you are within that window, please follow the instructions found in your order confirmation e-mail to cancel your order online.
